Explain the Scope Management Process for Senior Leadership

Instructions

After reading your assessment and project scope from the first week, your senior manager has asked that you provide a presentation that will be a teaching example for the upcoming quarterly executive team meeting to explain how the project plan and scope statement are be designed and built for the selected project. The senior manager wants you to explain and describe by diagram the flow of the project plan and scope process from two perspectives: a conceptual view and an implementation view. The management team has asked that the stakeholders be identified and an explanation provided as to their overall stake in the project’s success. (Be sure to include any comments or suggestions that have been received from your external source during the completion of the first assignment.)

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.

Support your presentation with at least five (5) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.

Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)

Notes Length: 200-350 words for each slide

Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate. Save the file as PPT with the correct course code information.
