The researchers in the project mostly cover which is essential compared to the work that is there in already which ca be explored from the brain in which it helped with the messages. I helped to write as far as even I don’t know during that period, but the stage is set to be a whistle bowler. Researchers find which regards in respect to the personality as they consist of five types: Neuroticism, Extraversion, openness to experience, agreeable and conscientious. This Act was popularized by John Dingman in 1990. This is the openness where can experience and it is related for being optimistic which can have the interests to a broad range and it should be responsible and the goal oriented.
As whistle bowling, it is the process in which the practices are disclosed in which the internal or the external employees. To detect the fraud in which the strong mechanism which is used for whistle bowling which is the most priority to find the whistle bowling process. Here the auditors mostly test the misconduct that can relate with the accounting as the way how they going to recognize which is very important in which we have the methods in which we have problems face with the environmental pollution as well as there will be the safety violation in which the offenses can be seen and realistic. In recent years, the accounting as well as the stakeholders can relate with the context that can keep growing as well as the giving work to the manner of time as a way we can reduce the code of conduct. The process which involves the both internal as well as external whistle bowling have different types of implications in the workforce. (Gladys Lee 2018).
There is so much to look and study in whistle bowling as there are avenues in the past with the work opportunity. The real word of whistle bowling can be for the dissertation which can be just suggest with the whistle bowlers that have the creative nonfiction that can be shown in the study. According to my experience the whistle bowler is with in the academic setting which can be left ambiguities in which it is fully complete in which is related to the field of my own interest.

Ethics is nothing but the moral principles or behavior that defines a person or an activity. Coming to our discussion all the acts mentioned here are opposite to good ethics. Workplace ethics is an important part which defines you and an organization as the whole. All the acts mentioned above are non-ethical. Cheating in any kind of way has a serious effect on both the people working in the company and the company on the whole (Ghere). There are many kinds of non-ethical ways to cheat along with the ones mentioned in our discussion. My opinion on these kinds of unethical acts is “Cheating causes/creates more cheating”. If a leader cheats, companies lose. Not only the company loses but also affects the people and employees working under him and in the company These kinds of unethical behavior are often termed as white-collar crimes. There are many cases where these white-collar crimes have a huge impact on the whole company. If any person try to cheat the company in one way or the other and goes unnoticed he may think he may have succeeded, but in the long run some or the other day it’s going to come out into light and he has to go to great extents to cover up the cheating he has done by more cheating and eventually it leads to downfall .Whistle blowing is one of the things which have become a trend in the recent times. It has done good and bad for the people who have blown the whistle. In most of the cases, it has led to the termination of the whistleblower. It has affected both them professionally and personally.
I have my own experience with this kind of non-ethical behavior and person. I was working as an engineer for a Telecom company and I was the in charge of 3 locations in our district. I was assisted with a technician who would help me out for the installation and maintenance of the Signal towers, equipment, base stations and, POP (Point of Presence) stations. He was a good guy and I believed him in taking care of all the physical equipment which we use on a day-to-day basis. All the equipment such as Radio boxes, Ethernet cables, antennas. After a little while during the installations I noticed that the equipment was missing, old equipment was being used, the length of the Ethernet cable is less than the recommended length (recommended was 100ft and only around 60ft was being used). I checked the inventory log and found out that my technician was using old equipment from the inventory instead of the new ones, not using the full cable for the installation, modifying the expenses sheet which my company pays for every installation/down calls we attend. I was not sure what to do because he was a senior technician who was working for more than 7 years and worked with most of my colleagues and higher-level employees. I tried to talk to the employees who he worked with earlier, but I felt that they would not support me if I report it to the higher authority. I collected all the evidence to prove he was stealing the equipment from the companies such as, matching the inventory the company sends to us with the inventory we had at our location, taking pictures of the installed equipment, quality of the construction he did (building the base for the tower installation). I did not take it to the higher authority but talked to him first that it was not good what he was doing and told him that I would give him a chance and report to the higher authority if he doesn’t stop stealing. He told me that he was sorry and had some financial issues and that was the reason for his stealing and would stop it. I still reported it to our regional in charge that was supportive and deal the issue at a lower level and not report to higher authorities immediately because he could lose his job. After that everything was fine.
